FAQs

  • Can I really book and pay online, then get emailed the code right away for immediate access?

    Yes that is right – no need to phone and wait for a manager to show up on site. Your code sent to your email from booking is immediate, and it will work right up until the date you have paid until. All you need to do is bring your own padlock to lock your storage unit.

  • Are the sheds water tight?

    Yes our facility is brand new (built in 2021) using the latest building technology and quality workmanship. All storage units are water tight and also rodent resistant.

  • What items am I allowed to store in the units?
    • Cars, Bikes & Boats
    • Building materials like tiles & timber
    • Archives – of business and personal paperwork.
    • Furniture – for those items you don’t want to part with just yet.
    • Hobby materials and cherished possessions.
    • Anything that’s not: toxic, dangerous, explosive, flammable or illegal.
  • What security do you have on site?
    • Individually alarmed units
    • Recorded video surveillance
    • Fully fenced
    • Secure entry
  • Is there a minimum I can rent a unit for?

    Our minimum storage time is 1 month. For longer, please use the online booking facility to renew. No need to give notice of leaving, just leave before the date you have paid up to – otherwise your code will stop working!

  • Can I pay and renew from anywhere worldwide?

    Yes! You can use our secure online payment system to pay for your storage unit using your credit card at any time, from anywhere in the world.

  • Are my items insured while in the units?

    Our price DOES NOT include insurance over the items in your storage unit. We recommend you get your own insurance cover for the items in our facility at all times.
